New International Recruitment Framework Launched

The NHS Workforce Alliance has launched a new framework agreement, International Healthcare Professional Recruitment and Associated Services, which is vital to support the ongoing recovery of Covid19, and other service pressures across the NHS due to the substantial shortage of clinical staff in England. The NHS Long Term Plan has set out its ambition for the NHS over the next 10 years, identifying ethical and sustainable International Recruitment as a workforce priority.  

The agreement provides a holistic approach to the International Recruitment journey, to help meet Health and Social Care needs in line with the NHS Long Term and People Plan. The resources that accompany the Framework, together with the specialist advice available through the NHS Workforce Alliance and our wide range of high quality, experienced Framework suppliers, will support you at all stages of the International Recruitment journey to help ensure your campaigns are a success.
