We ran a data workshop where we showcased how NHS trusts can access and use data to help develop their workforce strategies. In our keynote speech, our main message was that the scale and complexity of the NHS workforce market represented a great opportunity for procurement professionals to contribute to delivering better value and patient service. Clare Martin, Associate Director of Procurement at the NHS Sussex Partnership, joined us on stage to share real case study material on how a strategic collaboration between HR and procurement leaders was helping to improve outcomes in the agency markets in Sussex.
