Permanent Recruitment Framework


Background

The NHS Lancashire Procurement Cluster (LPC) is a collaborative procurement and supply chain service. They represent Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, East Lancashire NHS Trust and Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Last year they wanted to recruit 4 new procurement managers to support their ambitious, strategic procurement agenda.

LPC struggled to fill these roles through their standard methods, which included NHS jobs. So, they decided to appoint a specialist agency as their recruitment business partner.

The solution
