Non-Clinical Staffing customer and supplier engagement underway

The Workforce Alliance is hosting a series of online engagement sessions, giving customers and suppliers the opportunity to help shape the next iteration of the Alliance’s Non-Clinical Temporary and Fixed Term Staffing framework.

The first of two supplier engagement sessions was held on Wednesday 18th May, with the second organised for Thursday 26th May at 2-3pm.  Suppliers wishing to take part are invited to register via our EventBrite page.

Customers are invited to an engagement session on Tuesday 7th June at 10.30am – noon.  Registration via the EventBrite page is now open.

The programme for all sessions will cover:

Background to the agreement and the NHS Workforce Alliance portfolio

Updated scope and structure of the framework agreement

                Pricing and fee structure

Handling of other delivery models such as Statement of Works (SOW) and Recruit Train Deploy (RTD)

                Framework assurance

Updated government policy affecting the agreement

                Programme timelines

There will also be time at the end of the presentation for questions and feedback.

The NHS Workforce Alliance’s flexible framework supports member trusts by quickly and safely sourcing the right people for a wide variety of non-clinical temporary and fixed-term roles.  Non-clinical colleagues play a key role in keeping our NHS running smoothly and providing excellent patient care, so it is important to find the right people.
