Our Flexible Resource Pool – Staff Banks framework is designed to support you in receiving access to the people you need. Whether it’s to help stop the staffing backlog, or to get some non-clinical staffing assistance, we are here to help. The framework provides staffing from all groups, such as nursing, medical, Allied Health Professionals and Health Science Staff. So, from occupational therapists to lab scientists, this framework has your needs covered.
The next iteration
We are now working on the next iteration of our Flexible Resource Pool offering, which is due to go live in June 2023. Therefore, throughout April and May 2022, we are organising an engagement programme. Both customers and suppliers are invited to test the perceived value of the framework and what we can do to improve customer experience.
We are inviting you and your colleagues to speak with us to hear more about your experiences using the framework.
What will the engagement programme involve?
The engagement programme will involve a 1-2-1 session that may last up to 1 hour of discussion and questions, mainly focusing on what areas we can help improve the framework at any point throughout your procurement journey and beyond.
We hope that the customer and the supplier sessions are as open and honest as possible, as we want the new iteration of the Flexible Resource Pool – Staff Bank framework to be as helpful and supportive to our existing and new NHS customers and suppliers.
