This new framework will provide a more seamless route to market. We anticipate the tender to be released later this year, with an anticipated launch in early 2026.
The new framework will offer alternative solutions to managing agency staffing to help alleviate cost pressures and support the transition to non-agency routes, aligning with NHS England temporary staffing efficiency programme (TSEP).
The new framework aims to combine, increase and improve our services, and will replace Workforce Improvement Services (RM6163) and Managed Staff Banks (RM6278) frameworks.
We have designed this framework to provide sustainable and flexible workforce solutions for NHS and wider public sector organisations that meet both immediate and long-term needs covering a range of services including:
- Outsourced staff banks and managed service solutions
- Permanent and temporary recruitment solutions (domestic & international)
- Bespoke workforce management plans
More details can be found on the NHS Workforce Alliance Health Workforce Solutions framework page.
Supplier market engagement
As part of our engagement with potential suppliers, we recently delivered a webinar to provide more information on the proposed structure, services lines and timelines for the new agreement. The webinar also allowed time for suppliers to ask questions. If you would like to view the recording from the session, you can register for access using this link.
