We understand the importance of your staff’s professional development and our Learning and Training DPS will help you find the training your employees need.
Access a wide range of training with our Learning and Training Services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) agreement. With NHS budgets and resources more squeezed than ever, we understand that providing training opportunities for your staff is no easy task. That’s why we have developed a learning and training DPS that allows you to source your training needs based on the priorities that matter to you most.
The agreement gives you fast and efficient access to a wide range of training providers that can offer NHS specific training as the DPS has specific filters for clinical, non-clinical and CPS training to help narrow down your search. There is also training in topics such as leadership, management or wellbeing. Training can be both in person and online.
Currently, there are 88 providers* appointed on the DPS and 80% of these are small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The benefits of using this agreement include:
- suppliers can join at any time, ensuring that the DPS gives you access to the most up-to-date suppliers and training solutions you need so you can respond to any changing market demands
- a rapid award route for standard off the shelf training, using a desktop evaluation process to cut down the procurement process time in awarding a contract
- a dynamic filtering system that gives you the flexibility to narrow down your selection by:
local providers using a postcode radius search
delivery method i.e. virtual, face to face or blended
where your data is stored and processed
If you have an existing training provider that you use regularly, we can support them through the process of joining the DPS. Please contact the NHS Workforce Alliance team to discuss your requirements.
* Please note that this number is correct as of today’s date but this can change at any time due to new suppliers onboarding at anytime.
