Framework information
Description
The Non Clinical Staffing (NCS) framework provides the NHS and wider public sector with an open, fair, flexible and transparent route when hiring non-clinical temporary staff that also delivers value for money.
The framework facilitates a range of worker engagement models, including traditional agency and fixed term, and services may be contracted directly, on an ad-hoc basis or via managed service models.
Helping you achieve savings is an important part of what we do, because all the savings we help you make are invested straight back into the NHS. The pricing on the NCS contract is in compliance with the NHS England agency price caps and pay bands are in line with the NHS Agenda For Change pay scales, ensuring you get the very best value for money.
Roles range from the most junior to the most senior roles, including board level and cover a wide range of workers:
- Corporate and business services staff including accounts, archivist, admin / administrative / administrator, audit, filing, finance, IT / information services, legal, clerks, customer services and communications, HR, public relations, receptionist
- Estates management and ancillary roles, cleaning and sanitation services, catering, cooks, hospitality, porters
- Academic, health sciences staff, data analyst / scientist, medical secretaries
- Drivers, emergency services, logistics
Together, let’s find the right procurement solution.
