Free to access by all NHS organisations and public sector bodies in the UK, this framework supports recruitment, temporary and fixed term, across a wide range of medical and healthcare staff from one agreement, including:
- Nursing including ANP, ENP, and Midwifery
- Medical including Doctors and Dentists / Dental
- AHP (Allied Health professional) , HSS (Health Science Services) and Emergency Services
- Social Care

Benefits
• A full range of Vendor, Neutral and Managed Services are available
• Suppliers listed on the framework have been assessed on their capacity and capability to deliver services in the NHS and the wider public sector. Customers can easily identify suppliers who have a proven track record in vendor and managed services, or who have experience in sourcing specialised clinical roles
• Greater alignment in staffing frameworks. Clinical and non-clinical staff can now be sourced by our customers using the same terms and conditions. The new framework contains improved and aligned terms on transfer fees and notice periods meaning all temporary staffing suppliers for consistency within the Alliance are subject to the same standards across all agreements
• This framework enables customers to control the cost of agency staffing through a sustainable and transparent mechanism for cap pricing, and managed escalations can be made within the framework when necessary. This will help customers reduce reliance on off-framework supply in line with national policy and trust targets
• Regular auditing of suppliers is conducted to ensure all temporary workers supplied are compliant with NHS Employers Check Standards
• Customers have the option to direct award or conduct a further competition
• Flexibility to incorporate service elements that meet your individual, local and regional requirements
