Framework information
Description
This framework is a new agreement for locally delivered workforce technology systems, supporting the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan and the Digitisation of People Services. It provides a compliant route to market for software systems and digital solutions to support the management, deployment and development of jobs and staff and associated reporting and analytics.
This framework has recently gone out to tender and with Cabinet Office approval, is one of the first to utilise the PA23 Open Framework procedure and is set to become a landmark contract for the NHS Workforce Alliance.

- Tender released March 2025
- Framework anticipated to be awarded in September 2025
- Anticipated term: under the Open Procedure, each term will be for 1 year, with a framework agreement live for 8 years
